The main ingredient of the Dada-Sour is a Gin-Sour, which has been refined with a homemade Thyme-Syrup infusion. A vapor of Mansinthe Absinthe is added to finish the drink off, the scent blends in well with the thyme and juniper berry flavors of the gin-sour resonating old memories. A Bellini is a drink which emerged from 1931 to 1942 in Venice. The Manifestini emerged in 2016 at Cabaret Voltaire in Zurich. A dry Prosecco of biological produce is the base to this fruity summer drink. On request, a homemade fruit blend finishes the aroma of this drink with a well-rounded taste.
For the hungry visitors, we offer a new snack ‘Brutzelbrot’ which consists of two big slices of bread by John Baker with different fillings which are based on either Gruyere or Mozzarella with a choice of different seasonal vegetables and herbs. The ‘Brutzelbrot’ is then put on the grill until warm and crusty!
